Synchronization
A synchronization maybe required if the OTP you have generated is not validated by the server and:
- if you performed a manual activation
- if you have change your device clock

Reactivation
A reactivation maybe required in the following cases:
- the OTP you have generated is not validated by the server
- you have lost your mobile phone and you want to use the same account with a new device
