Synchronization

A synchronization maybe required if the OTP you have generated is not validated by the server and:

  • if you performed a manual activation
  • if you have change your device clock

Reactivation

A reactivation maybe required in the following cases:

  • the OTP you have generated is not validated by the server
  • you have lost your mobile phone and you want to use the same account with a new device
